What is Santa Cruz Gardens?

Santa Cruz Gardens is a subdivision comprising 60 homesites of approximately 8,000 square feet each, in 17 plus acres of natural land. 

Santa Cruz Gardens must not be thought of as a typical gated community. It is an eco-development that offers:

  • A developable lot where you can place a summer home between 1,500 and 2,500 square feet in size 

  • Two communal areas: the first one with a small lagoon and gazebo and with nature interpretation signs and the second (to be finished in 2011) with communal house and pool, children’s playground and an elevated ocean-view deck.

  • Tubed (Municipality) water 

  • Available electricity from the grid (houses will rely on solar power for the most) 

  • Sewage treatment system 

  • Public illumination 

  • Administrator’s house 

  • Site entry and gate 

  • High speed wi-fi internet access 

  • Services for residents and short and long-term renters. These are under consideration. General help and visitors’ information will also be available during your stay 

  • A fully deeded and recorded title to the property
